About these terms
Relytora is operated by RSR B2B Solutions LLC. These terms cover your use of the Relytora business software and membership. By creating an account or purchasing a membership, you agree to these terms. If acting for a business, you must have authority to bind it.
Your account
You must be at least 18 years old. Provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials, and notify us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize in your business workspace.
Membership and automatic renewal
The current introductory annual membership costs $599 for the first year, paid upfront. It automatically renews at $999 per year until canceled. There is no free trial or setup fee. An optional $99 per month renewal can begin after your paid annual term if you select it through the available renewal controls or arrange it with support before renewal. It does not convert your current annual term into monthly installments. Your checkout and confirmed renewal selection show the applicable price and billing interval. Taxes, if applicable, are shown at checkout.
What is included
Membership provides one business workspace with the features available in your plan, including lead and pipeline management, tasks, revenue recovery, retention, reactivation, and review tracking. It includes one onboarding session and standard support. Messaging usage and additional services are separate and require separately disclosed charges. Features under development are not guaranteed to be available.
Cancellation
You may cancel automatic renewal through the available membership billing controls or by contacting support before the next renewal charge. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period, and access continues through that period unless the membership is refunded or suspended for misuse. Deleting the app, stopping use, or signing out does not cancel billing.
Refund policy
Membership purchases and renewal payments are non-refundable, except where required by law or to correct duplicate or incorrect charges. We do not offer refunds or credits for unused time, partial billing periods, or failure to use the service. Canceling automatic renewal stops future renewal charges and keeps access available through the end of your paid billing period. Contact rsrb2bsolutionsfl@outlook.com promptly if you believe a charge is duplicate or incorrect; include your account email, business name, and payment date. We will investigate and correct billing errors, including a refund where appropriate. Any approved refund is returned to the original payment method, and the time to appear depends on your payment provider. These terms do not limit mandatory legal rights.
Your business data and communications
You retain ownership of the data you submit. You give us permission to process it to operate and support the service. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to upload customer information and contact people. Follow applicable privacy, marketing, consent, and opt-out requirements. Do not upload sensitive medical records, full payment-card details, government identification numbers, or other data the service is not designed to handle.
Acceptable use
Do not use Relytora for spam, unlawful activity, deceptive reviews, harassment, malware, unauthorized access, or infringement of others’ rights. Do not attempt to bypass membership restrictions or interfere with other customers. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks, or unpaid charges.
Service availability and results
We work to maintain the service, but interruptions, maintenance, and errors can occur. Relytora does not guarantee a particular number of leads, sales, recovered revenue, retained customers, or reviews. You remain responsible for reviewing your business records and decisions. Third-party services have their own terms and availability.
Ending service and data requests
If you plan to leave, request an export of your business data before access ends. Contact support for export or deletion assistance. Some records may need to be retained for payment, security, dispute, or legal purposes as described in the Privacy Policy. If we permanently discontinue a prepaid service without providing the remaining service, we will refund the unused prepaid portion.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will provide notice of material changes. Subscription price changes apply to a future renewal after advance notice; they do not change an already paid term.
