Who operates Relytora
RSR B2B Solutions LLC operates Relytora. This policy explains how we handle information when you use the Relytora app, purchase a membership, or contact support. Contact: rsrb2bsolutionsfl@outlook.com.
Information we handle
We handle account information such as your email and business workspace name; business records you enter, such as customer and lead contact details, pipeline records, tasks, notes, and recovery, retention, reactivation, and review information; membership information such as customer and subscription identifiers, payment status, and billing dates; and information you send to support. Hosting, authentication, and payment services may also process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, request logs, and security events.
Payments
Stripe processes membership payments and hosts checkout and billing management. Payment details submitted to Stripe are handled under Stripe’s own privacy policy. Relytora receives billing information needed to manage your membership, such as payment status and subscription identifiers; its membership checkout does not collect full card numbers in the Relytora app.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate accounts, provide business workspaces and software features, manage memberships and payments, provide onboarding and support, investigate errors and security issues, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations. Business records you submit are processed to provide the features you use.
Service providers and sharing
Relytora uses Vercel for hosting, Supabase for authentication and database services, and Stripe for payments. These providers process information needed for their services. Records in your business workspace may be visible to users authorized for that workspace. If you enable a third-party integration, information necessary for that integration may be processed by that provider. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or security, or in connection with a business transfer subject to applicable protections.
Cookies and sessions
Relytora uses cookies or similar session storage to keep you signed in and support authentication. Blocking or deleting these can prevent login or end your session. Third-party checkout and billing pages may use their own cookies under their own policies.
Retention and security
We retain information as needed to provide the service and support, maintain business records, address security and disputes, and comply with legal obligations. Deletion requests may not immediately remove information from backups or records that must be retained. We use authentication and workspace access controls, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. Protect your credentials and avoid submitting sensitive information the service is not designed to handle.
Your choices and requests
You can update information through available app controls and request access, correction, export, or deletion by emailing support. We may verify your identity and authority before acting. Rights and exceptions vary by applicable law. If your information was entered by a business using Relytora, contact that business first; it controls its customer records, and we can help route your request.
Business customer responsibilities
Businesses using Relytora are responsible for their customer privacy notices, lawful collection of data, and any required permission for marketing or communications. This policy describes Relytora’s handling of information and does not replace your business’s obligations.
Children and processing locations
Relytora is business software intended for adults, not children under 18. Contact support if you believe a child has provided account information. Our service providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate; legal protections may differ by location.
